【摘要】 我国经济正进入转型升级阶段，原有的生产力发展模式已经难以适应当下社会发展的变迁需求，培育新质生产力已成为创新驱动高质量发展的必然选择。研究发现，创新驱动高质量发展的实现过程不仅仅依靠技术突破的创新贡献，它更是一个社会扩散的发展进程。从社会扩散的分析视角出发，根据“自上而下—自下而上”与“由外向内—由内向外”两大维度划分出创新扩散的四种理想类型实践，为解读创新何以驱动高质量发展提供了“创新—扩散—发展”的分析进路，进一步揭示创新驱动高质量发展究竟何以实现。基于此，为在实践层面更有效地达到“以新驱质”的扩散目标，文章进一步尝试进行深入汲取与延伸拓展，探索出“价值共识—组织共进—制度共建”的社会扩散路径，从而可以避免创新驱动高质量发展陷入片面追求泛技术化甚至是唯技术化的窠臼之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s economy enters a phase of transformation and upgrading,the traditional model of productive force development can no longer meet the evolving demands of contemporary social development. Cultivating new quality productive forces has thus become an inevitable choice for advancing innovation-driven high-quality development. The study finds that the realization of innovation-driven high-quality development depends not only on the contributions of technological breakthroughs,but also on a broader process of social diffusion. From the perspective of social diffusion,and along the two dimensions of “top-down vs.bottom-up” and “outside-in vs. inside-out,” four ideal types of innovation diffusion practices are identified. This framework provides an analytical pathway of “innovation-diffusion-development” for explaining how innovation drives high-quality development,and further clarifies the mechanisms through which this process is realized. Building on this analysis,the paper proposes a social diffusion pathway of “value consensus-organizational coordination-institutional co-construction” to more effectively achieve the goal of “driving quality through innovation” in practice. This approach helps avoid the pitfalls of an overemphasis on generalized technologization or excessive technological determinism in innovation-driven high-quality development.更多还原
