无人机物流+智慧农业:低空经济驱动乡村生态富民的数字赋能路径研究
Research on the Digital Energizing Path of Low-altitude Economy Driving Rural Ecological Wealth Creation through Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Logistics and Smart Agriculture
【摘要】 在低空经济背景下,无人机物流与智慧农业的耦合发展,成为激活乡村生态价值、推动乡村生态富民的核心数字赋能路径。在生产端,实现生态化提质与精准化增效;在流通端,突破产销壁垒并激活产业活力;在产业端,推动产业链延伸与富民效应传导,形成全链条良性循环。然而,融合发展仍面临技术支撑不足、制度保障欠缺、主体能力有限以及区域适配失衡等多重现实瓶颈。为此,需通过场景化技术创新强化全链条适配能力,以规范化制度建设和机制创新破解发展梗阻,提升多元主体参与能力并构建利益共享机制,同时实施差异化区域策略与统筹协同,从而系统优化数字赋能路径,最终推动乡村生态富民之路实现可持续发展。
【Abstract】 Under the background of low-altitude economy, the coupled development of unmanned aerial vehicle logistics and smart agriculture has become a core digital energizing path to activate the ecological value of rural areas and promote ecological prosperity for rural residents. At the production end, it achieves ecological quality improvement and precise efficiency enhancement; at the circulation end, it breaks through the barriers between production and sales and activates industrial vitality; at the industrial end, it promotes the extension of the industrial chain and the transmission of the wealth-creating effect, forming a virtuous cycle throughout the entire chain. However, the integrated development still faces multiple practical bottlenecks such as insufficient technical support, lack of institutional guarantees, limited capabilities of the main players, and unbalanced regional adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the full-chain adaptation capacity through scenario-based technological innovation, break through development obstacles through standardized institutional construction and mechanism innovation, enhance the participating ability of multiple players and build a benefit-sharing mechanism, and implement differentiated regional strategies and coordination & collaboration, so as to systematically optimize the digital energizing path and ultimately promote the sustainable development of the rural ecological prosperity path.
