西部侏罗系地层钻井铣齿滚刀磨损因素分析及预测模型

【摘要】 针对西部侏罗系弱胶结岩层竖井钻机钻井法凿井钻头上铣齿滚刀磨损严重的问题,基于现场测量数据对铣齿滚刀进行磨损分级;开展钻机转速、岩石抗压强度、岩石抗拉强度、岩石硬度和泥浆黏度等磨蚀性因素测试,分析了各因素和安装半径对滚刀磨损的影响规律;通过相关性分析确定铣齿滚刀磨损的关键因素,基于关键因素建立铣齿滚刀的磨损量预测模型公式。结果表明,铣齿滚刀的磨损等级可划分为轻微磨损、一般磨损、中度磨损、严重磨损和完全失效5个级别;铣齿滚刀磨损量与转速、滚刀安装半径、岩石抗压强度、岩石硬度和岩石抗拉强度呈正相关,与泥浆黏度呈负相关;基于西部矿区鄂尔多斯市陶忽图煤矿北风立井超前钻第10次、第11次提钻的现场数据,验证了铣齿滚刀单刀平均磨损量预测模型的准确性。研究结果可为西部矿区侏罗系弱胶结岩层钻井法凿井铣齿滚刀以及类似滚刀的磨损预测提供有效理论参考。

【Abstract】 In response to the severe wear of cutting tools in drilling method shaft sinking through weakly cemented Jurassic strata in Western China, this study focuses on the mill-tooth roller bits commonly used in drilling method shaft sinking. The wear of mill-tooth roller bits was classified based on field measurement data. Tests were conducted on abrasive factors such as drilling rotation speed, rock compressive strength, tensile strength, hardness and mud viscosity, and the influence of these factors as well as installation radius on roller bit wear were analyzed. Through correlation analysis, the key factors affecting the wear of mill-tooth roller bits were identified, and a predictive model for wear volume was established based on these key factors. The results show that the wear of mill-tooth roller bits can be classified into five levels: slight wear, moderate wear, intermediate wear, severe wear and complete failure. The wear volume of mill-tooth roller bits is positively correlated with rotation speed, installation radius, rock compressive strength, rock hardness and rock tensile strength, but negatively correlated with mud viscosity. Based on the field data from the 10th and 11th trips out of the hole during the advanced drilling of the north ventilation shaft at the Taohutu Coal Mine in Ordos City in the western mining area, the accuracy of the prediction model for the average wear of milling cutters per bit was validated. The research findings can provide an effective theoretical reference for predicting the wear of milling cutters used in shaft sinking by the drilling method in the Jurassic weak-cemented rock formations of the western mining area, as well as for similar cutters.
