【Abstract】 In 2024, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized during the 14th collective study session of the Political Bureau of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China the need to build an employment-friendly development approach. Building an employment-friendly development approach involves creating an environment conducive to expanding the scale of employment, optimizing the employment structure, and improving the quality of employment through various means such as institutional innovation, policy adjustments, and social support. To systematically explore the connotation and characteristics of an employment-friendly development approach, summarize the experience and patterns of such an approach, and promote high-quality and full employment for college graduates, this journal has organized a series of special topic discussions, inviting experts, and scholars to write articles to elaborate.更多还原
