【摘要】 未来产业在从实验室走向市场的过程中，面临技术与产业化之间的“达尔文死海”困境，其颠覆性创新的高风险与长周期属性，超出了传统金融与市场化创业投资的风险偏好与期限匹配能力。创业投资虽在理论上通过资本注入、管理赋能与信号传导的耦合机制，具备驱动未来产业发展的关键作用，但实践层面上存在募资端耐心资本短缺、投资端技术估值失灵、管理端专业赋能不足和退出端渠道不畅的困境。以创业投资驱动未来产业发展，需推动“有效市场”与“有为政府”协同，重构以“风险共担—利益共享”为核心的创业投资生态，优化资本供给结构，创新投资估值与投后管理模式，畅通多元退出渠道，贯通未来产业从基础研究到商业化的转化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the transformation from basic research to commercialization, future industries face the "Darwin’s Dead Sea" dilemma between technology and industrialization. The high-risk and long-cycle attributes of their disruptive innovations exceed the risk appetite and term-matching capacity of traditional finance and market-oriented venture capital. Although venture capital, in theory, plays a key role in driving the development of future industries through the coupling mechanism of capital investment, management empowerment, and signaling, it faces practical dilemmas: a shortage of patient capital on the fundraising side, failure of technology valuation on the investment side, inadequate professional empowerment on the management side, and obstructed channels on the exit side. To drive the development of future industries through venture capital, it is necessary to promote synergy between an efficient market and an active government, reconstruct a venture capital ecosystem centered on risk-sharing and benefit-sharing, optimize the capital supply structure, innovate investment valuation and post-investment management models, unblock diversified exit channels, and bridge the transformation path of future industries from basic research to commercialization.更多还原
