【摘要】 随着“双减”政策的逐步推进，“学区房”开始降温，但家长的教育焦虑依然是重要的研究议题。基于2023年我国七个特大城市的调查数据，运用因果中介分析方法，探讨家长购买学区房、教育期望与教育焦虑之间的关系。研究发现，特大城市家长对子女的教育期望集中于高等教育阶段，购买学区房和高等教育期望都是导致家长教育焦虑的重要因素。高等教育期望在购买学区房与家长教育焦虑之间既发挥中介效应，又存在交互效应。一方面，购买学区房会提高家长具有高等教育期望的可能性，高等教育期望又会进一步增加家长的教育焦虑；另一方面，高等教育期望加剧了购买学区房家长的教育焦虑，仅当家长没有高等教育期望时，购买学区房才能够缓解其教育焦虑。因此，引导家长对学区房效应形成正确认识，减少期望偏差是缓解教育焦虑的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy, the fever for school district housing has begun to cool, but parental educational anxiety remains an important research topic. Based on survey data from seven megacities in China in 2023, this paper employs causal mediation analysis to explore the relations among parents’ purchase of school district housing, educational expectations, and educational anxiety. The findings reveal that parents in megacities hold educational expectations primarily focused on higher education stage, and both the purchase of school district housing and expectations for higher education are significant factors contributing to parental educational anxiety. Higher education expectations not only mediate but also interact with the relation between purchasing school district housing and parental educational anxiety. On one hand, purchasing school district housing increases the likelihood that parents hold higher education expectations, which in turn further exacerbates their educational anxiety. On the other hand, higher education expectations intensify the educational anxiety of parents who have purchased school district housing; only when parents do not hold higher education expectations does purchasing school district housing alleviate their educational anxiety. Therefore, guiding parents to develop a correct understanding of the effects of school district housing and reducing expectation biases are effective ways to alleviate educational anxiety.更多还原
