【摘要】 本硕博一体化人才培养是中国高等教育顺应科技进步与社会发展需求、助力高层次人才队伍建设的重要创新举措。该培养模式打破了本科、硕士、博士阶段的培养壁垒,不仅能够有效缩短高层次人才的培养周期,更能根据学科发展规律与人才成长特点,实现培养目标、课程体系与实践环节的精准对接,提升人才培养的针对性与实效性。当前,各高校的本硕博一体化培养模式仍处于探索完善阶段,在培养方案设计、课程衔接、导师团队建设、质量保障等方面存在诸多共性问题,制约了培养模式优势的充分发挥。基于此,在系统解析本硕博一体化培养模式核心内涵与运行逻辑的基础上,结合当前培养实践中的突出问题,提出具有可操作性的建设性意见,以期为各高校优化高层次人才培养路径、提升人才培养质量提供有益借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integrated undergraduate-master-doctor training is an important innovative measure for China’s higher education to adapt to the needs of scientific and technological progress and social development,and to help build a high-level talent team.This training model breaks down the barriers between undergraduate,master’s and doctoral training stages.It can not only effectively shorten the training cycle of high-level talents,but also accurately connect training objectives,curriculum systems and practical links in accordance with the laws of discipline development and the characteristics of talent growth,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training.At present,the integrated undergraduate-master-doctor training model of various universities is still in the stage of exploration and improvement.There are many common problems in the design of training programs,curriculum connection,tutor team construction,quality assurance and other aspects,which restrict the full play of the advantages of the training model.Based on this,on the basis of systematically analyzing the core connotation and operation logic of the integrated undergraduate-master-doctor training model,this paper puts forward operable constructive suggestions combined with the prominent problems in the current training practice,in order to provide useful reference for various universities to optimize the path of high-level talent training and improve the quality of talent training.更多还原
