【摘要】 目的：探究针灸联合重组人生长激素（rh-GH）对体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）患者子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法：选择2022年7月—2024年1月本院接诊的女性“肾阳虚”不孕行IVF-ET治疗的患者作为研究对象，按治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组47例，对照组给予重组人生长激素，观察组给予针灸联合重组人生长激素。比较2组患者的疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、子宫内膜容受性、促排卵结果、性激素水平和妊娠结局。结果：观察组总有效率大于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组证候积分、搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）、尿促卵泡激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E₂）、黄体生成素（LH）水平及A+B型例数小于对照组，子宫内膜厚度大于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组促性腺激素（Gn）总用量、Gn使用天数小于对照组，可利用胚胎数、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率大于对照组（P<0.05）。2组周期取消率、早期流产率比较，无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论：针灸联合重组人生长激素治疗IVF-ET患者，能提高疗效，缓解症状，改善子宫内膜容受性和性激素水平，促进排卵，改善妊娠结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of the acupuncture combined with the recombinant human growth hormone（rh-GH） for patients with in vitro fertilization embryo transfer（IVF-ET） treatment on their endometrial receptivity. Methods: The infertility patients with ’kidney yang deficiency’ who were admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to January 2024 were selected for IVF-ET treatment. According to the treatment methods, these patients were divided into two groups（47 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given rh-GH, and the patients in the observation group were given rh-GH combined with acupuncture. The efficacy, the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment, the endometrial receptivity, the ovulation induction results, the sex hormone levels and the pregnancy outcomes of the patients were compared between two groups. Results: The treatment efficiency of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group（P <0.05）. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, the values of the pulsatility index（PI） and resistance index（RI）, the levels of urinary follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）, estradiol（E₂） and luteinizing hormone（LH）, and the number of the endometrial type A+B of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the endometrial thickness of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher（P <0.05）. The total dosage and days of gonadotropin（Gn） used of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group, and the number of the available embryos, the biochemical pregnancy rate and the clinical pregnancy rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher（P <0.05）. There were no significant differences in the cycle cancellation rate and the early abortion rate of the patients between the two groups（P >0.05）. Conclusion: The acupuncture combined with rh-GH for the patients with IVF-ET can improve their curative effect, relieve their symptoms, improve the endometrial receptivity and sex hormones levels, promote their ovulation and improve their pregnancy outcomes.更多还原
