PM2.5暴露与休闲性体力活动交互的城市健康影响评估

【摘要】 随着城市空气污染问题日益加剧,居民在室外开展休闲性体力活动时面临更大的潜在健康风险。以天津市为研究区域,采用改进后的PM2.5暴露模型,结合社交媒体签到数据,识别居民时空行为模式,构建融合污染暴露与体力活动双重健康路径的剂量-反应健康影响评估模型。结果显示,在天津市公共空间中,休闲性体力活动产生的健康增益高于PM2.5暴露引发的健康损害;然而,不同城市空间开展休闲性体力活动的适宜性存在差异。故进一步识别出低健康效益区域的空间分布特征及其成因,研究结果为城市公共空间治理与健康城市空间管理提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 With the intensification of urban air pollution, residents face greater potential health risks when engaging in recreational physical activities outdoors. Taking Tianjin as the research area, the paper adopts an improved PM2.5 exposure model and incorporates social media check-in data to identify residents’ spatiotemporal behavioral patterns. A dose-response health impact assessment model is constructed, which integrates the dual health pathways of pollution exposure and physical activity. The results show that the health benefits of recreational physical activities in public spaces in Tianjin outweigh the health costs induced by PM2.5 exposure. However, the suitability of conducting recreational physical activities varies across different urban spaces. The study further identifies the spatial distribution characteristics and contributing factors of areas with low health benefits. The findings provide a scientific basis for urban public space governance and healthy city spatial management.
