【摘要】 目的 系统评价二元应对评估工具的方法学质量和测量学特性，为选择高质量二元应对评估工具提供科学依据。方法 收集PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库中二元应对评估工具的相关研究，检索时限为各数据库建库至2025年1月。采用基于共识的健康测量工具选择标准(consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instruments, COSMIN)评价纳入研究，形成推荐意见。结果 共纳入25篇文献，均未对量表的测量误差、反应度进行评价。25篇文献涉及18种二元应对评估工具，其中4种推荐等级为A级、12种为B级、2种为C级。结论 暂推荐使用夫妻复原力量表、类风湿性关节炎管理二元效能量表、妇科癌症患者夫妻沟通质量量表、癌症患者夫妻二元沟通量表。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the methodological quality and measurement properties of dyadic coping assessment tools, so as to provide scientific evidence for selecting high-quality dyadic coping assessment tools.Methods Relevant studies on dyadic coping assessment tools were retrieved from PubMed, Embase, CINAHL,Web of Science, CNKI,Wanfang, VIP,and CBM databases from inception to January 2025.The Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments(COSMIN) were used to appraise the included studies and formulate recommendations.Results A total of 25 articles were included, none of which evaluated measurement error and responsiveness of the scales.The 25 articles involved 18 dyadic coping assessment tools, including 4 tools rated Grade A,12 tools rated Grade B,and 2 tools rated Grade C.Conclusions The couple resilience scale(CRI),dyadic efficacy scale for rheumatoid arthritis management(DES-RA),couples’ communication quality scale for gynecologic cancer patients(CCQSGCP),and couples’ dyadic communication scale for cancer patients(CDCSCP) are tentatively recommended.更多还原
