基于三段式Halbach阵列的横向磁通直线电机电磁力特性与振动抑制研究

【摘要】 针对传统横向磁通直线同步电机电磁振动显著的问题,引入三段式Halbach阵列,基于改进的等效磁导率法,建立考虑定子槽效应、永磁体间距及动态气隙特性的三段式Halbach阵列的横向磁通直线电机电磁场解析模型。阐明电机的整体结构、工作原理与稳态特性,采用三维电磁场有限元分析方法验证了Halbach阵列的优越性;建立基于三段式Halbach阵列的横向磁通直线电机的计算模型;最后,分析电流和气隙对推力的影响。结果表明:在同等磁体体积下,采用三段式Halbach阵列后,电机平均推力从传统结构的111 N提升至210 N,增幅达89.19%,推力峰峰值从62 N降至21 N,降幅达66.13%;悬浮力峰峰值从47 N降至31 N,降幅为34.04%;导向力峰峰值由5.6 N降至3.8 N,降幅为32.1%。推力随初级电流增大线性增大,随气隙增大非线性减小,气隙从6 mm增至12 mm时推力显著下降;悬浮力与推力对电流和气隙呈现相似的依赖规律。三段式Halbach阵列可有效抑制13阶及以上高频谐波分量,45°磁化角度通过相位偏移实现高次谐波相消干涉,降低磁密畸变率。研究为横向磁通直线电机的性能改善提供了有效方法。

【Abstract】 To address the problem of significant electromagnetic vibration in traditional transverse flux linear synchronous(TFLSM) motors, a three-segment Halbach array was introduced.Based on an improved equivalent permeability method, an electromagnetic field analytical model of the transverse flux linear motor with the three-segment Halbach array was established, taking into account stator slot effects, permanent magnet spacing, and dynamic air-gap characteristics.The overall structure, working principle, and steady-state characteristics of the motor were elucidated.The superiority of the Halbach array was verified using a three-dimensional electromagnetic field finite element analysis method.A computational model of the transverse flux linear motor based on the three-segment Halbach array was then established.Finally, the effects of current and air gap on thrust were analyzed.The results show that under the same magnet volume, after the adoption of the three-segment Halbach array, the average thrust of the motor is increased from 111 N(in the conventional structure) to 210 N,representing an increase of 89.19%;the peak-to-peak value of the thrust is reduced from 62 N to 21 N,corresponding to a reduction of 66.13%;the peak-to-peak value of the levitation force ripple is reduced from 47 N to 31 N,corresponding to a reduction of 34.04%;and the maximum difference between the peak and valley of the guidance force is reduced from 5.6 N to 3.8 N,corresponding to a reduction of 32.1%.The thrust is observed to increase linearly with the increasing primary current and decrease nonlinearly with increasing air gap; a significant decrease in thrust is seen when the air gap is increased from 6 mm to 12 mm.The levitation force and thrust are found to exhibit similar dependence on current and air gap.The three-segment Halbach array is demonstrated to effectively suppress high-frequency harmonic components of the 13th order and above, and the 45° magnetization angle is shown to achieve high-order harmonic destructive interference through phase shift, thereby reducing the magnetic flux density distortion rate.This study is therefore considered to provide an effective method for improving the performance of transverse flux linear motors.
