柯里拉京的药理作用及在兽医临床的应用前景

【摘要】 柯里拉京是从中国传统中草药中提取得到的一种天然多酚类单宁酸化合物,其药理活性和作用机制得到广泛的关注和研究。该文从柯里拉京的获取、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒等方面及其在兽医领域潜在的应用价值进行了介绍。柯里拉京具有干扰TLR2信号通路抑制NLRP3的激活、抑制TLR4-MyD88信号引起的NF-κB通路、上调血红素氧合酶-1来降低细胞ROS水平、清除自由基、抑制环氧合酶2、IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α炎性因子的产生、降低细菌脂多糖诱导的细胞焦亡等作用,为养殖生产和兽医临床中感染性疾病的预防和治疗提供新的选择和途径。

【Abstract】 Corilagin is a natural gallotannin compound extracted from traditional Chinese herbal medicine. In recent years, the pharmacological activity and mechanism of action of corilagin have received widespread attention and research. The paper introduces the pharmacological effects and potential application value of corilagin in the veterinary field in terms of its acquisition, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, etc. The mechanism mainly involves interfering with the TLR2 signaling pathway to inhibit the activation of NLRP3, inhibiting the NF-κB pathway activated by the TLR4-MyD88 signal, up-regulating heme oxygenase-1 to reduce the cellular ROS level, scavenging free radicals, inhibiting cyclooxygenase 2, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α inflammatory factors production, and reducing bacterial lipopolysaccharide-induced pyroptosis. Corilagin has broad application prospects, and its pharmacological effects provide new options and approaches for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and inflammatory diseases in animal husbandry production and veterinary clinical settings.
