装配式混凝土双面叠合连梁受剪性能研究
Research on shear performance of prefabricated concrete double-faced superposed coupled beams
【摘要】 针对叠合连梁与叠合墙肢在工厂整体预制现场装配这一新型建造方式,对3个不同配筋方式的混凝土双面叠合连梁和1个现浇对比连梁开展受剪性能试验,对比分析了各试件的破坏形态、受剪承载力、荷载-挠度曲线等力学性能指标。试验结果表明:各试件均发生剪压破坏,双面叠合连梁的叠合面未发生明显破坏,表明其具有较好的整体工作性能;仅配置箍筋作为抗剪钢筋的双面叠合连梁抗剪承载力仅较现浇连梁下降4.2%,但其极限挠度提高了12.0%;采用钢筋桁架完全代替箍筋时叠合连梁的极限荷载和极限挠度较仅配置箍筋的双面叠合连梁分别降低了15.2%、29.3%;钢筋桁架的上、下弦筋在破坏阶段均发生屈服,能够较好地承担剪力。应用ABAQUS有限元软件对试验试件进行数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上进行了有限元参数分析。结果表明,减小剪跨比可提高双面叠合连梁的极限荷载,但是会降低其变形能力;增大体积配箍率对于提高双面叠合连梁受剪承载力和变形能力的效果并不显著。
【Abstract】 For the new construction method of superposed coupled beam and superposed wall limb prefabricated in the factory and then assembled on site, shear performance tests were conducted on three concrete double-faced superposed coupled beams with different reinforcement method and one cast-in-situ comparative coupled beam. The mechanical performance indicators such as the failure modes, shear bearing capacity, and load-deflection curves of each specimen were compared and analyzed. The test results indicate that all specimens experience shear-compression failure, and no significant damage occurs on the composite surfaces of the double-faced superposed coupled beams, demonstrating good overall working performance. The double-faced superposed coupled beam with only stirrups as shear reinforcement has a shear bearing capacity only 4.2% lower than the cast-in-situ coupled beam, but its ultimate deflection increase by 12.0%. When steel trusses completely replace stirrups, the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate deflection of the double-faced superposed coupled beam decrease by 15.2% and 29.3% respectively. The upper and lower chords of the steel trusses yield during the failure stage, effectively bearing the shear force. Numerical simulation of the test specimen was conducted using ABAQUS finite element software, and numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. On this basis, finite element parameter analysis was conducted. The results show that reducing the shear span ratio can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the double-faced superposed coupled beams but decreases their deformation capacity; the effect of increasing volume stirrup ratio on improving the shear bearing capacity and deformation capacity of double-face coupling beams is not obvious.
