铝合金-木夹板节点连接界面的抗剪性能研究

【摘要】 以铝合金-木夹板节点的连接界面为研究对象,开展基于胶水和螺栓连接的抗剪承载性能试验研究和数值分析,探究了胶水长度和胶水厚度对于胶水连接抗剪性能的影响,研究了螺栓数量、螺栓间距和螺栓直径对螺栓连接抗剪性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着胶水长度的增加,连接界面的抗剪承载力和极限位移均逐渐增大;随着胶水厚度的增加,连接界面的极限荷载缓慢增长,极限位移明显增大。随着螺栓数量和直径的增大,连接界面的极限荷载和极限位移逐渐增大,而螺栓间距基本不对连接界面的极限荷载和极限位移产生影响。复合连接时,抗剪承载力由胶水和螺栓共同提供,连接界面的极限变形由螺栓连接控制。分析了不同胶水分布和螺栓排布对复合连接(胶水+螺栓)抗剪承载力的影响规律。在试验和数值分析的基础上进行了连接界面的抗剪承载力计算公式理论推导,并通过对比试验结果验证了理论公式的有效性。

【Abstract】 Taking the connection interface of aluminum-wood plywood joint as the research object, experimental research and numerical analysis were conducted on the shear bearing performance of adhesive and bolt connections. The effects of adhesive length and thickness on the shear performance of adhesive connections were explored, and the effects of bolt quantity, bolt spacing, and bolt diameter on the shear performance of bolt connections were explored. The influence of different glue distribution and bolt arrangement on the shear bearing capacity of composite connections(glue+bolts) were analyzed. The results show that the shear bearing capacity and ultimate displacement of the connection interface gradually increase with the increase of adhesive length. With the increase of adhesive thickness, the ultimate load of the connection interface increases slowly, and the ultimate displacement increases obviously. With the increase of bolt quantity and bolt diameter, the ultimate load and ultimate displacement of the connection interface gradually increase, while the bolt spacing basically does not affect the ultimate load and ultimate displacement of the connection interface. In the composite connection, the shear bearing capacity is provided by the glue and the bolt, and the ultimate deformation of the connection interface is controlled by the bolt connection.On the basis of experiments and numerical analysis, the theoretical derivation of the shear bearing capacity calculation formula for the connection interface was carried out, and the effectiveness of the theoretical formula was verified by comparing the experimental results.
