不同类型板抗火抗弯承载力简化设计方法

【摘要】 为了解决当前规范中缺乏楼板火灾下的抗弯承载力简易计算公式的问题,并为普通钢筋混凝土板和各类压型钢板组合楼板提供统一、简便的抗火设计方法。基于《组合楼板设计与施工规范》(CECS 273∶2010)的截面分析方法和《建筑混凝土结构耐火设计技术规程》(DBJ/T 15-81—2011)的试验数据,编制了计算程序。利用该程序系统分析了耐火极限、板厚、保护层厚度、钢筋直径及间距等参数对板截面抗弯承载力的影响。结果表明,除肋宽较窄的开口型组合板外,闭口型、缩口型及宽肋开口型压型钢板组合板火灾下的抗弯承载力均可等效为特定宽度的普通钢筋混凝土板进行计算。基于大量计算结果,确定了不同耐火极限下板底受力钢筋的最优保护层厚度,提出了一种简化的火灾下板截面抗弯承载力计算方法。该方法计算简单、便于手算,适用范围广,且能得出经济的配筋结果。此外,从大量计算结果中总结的一些规律,对板抗火设计具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 An attempt was made to address the lack of simple calculation formula for the fire-resistant flexural capacity of floor slabs in current codes,and a unified,simplified fire-resistance design method was provided for both ordinary reinforced concrete slabs and various types of profiled steel sheet composite slabs. Based on the sectional analysis method specified in Code for design and construction of composite slabs( CECS 273 ∶2010) and the experimental data from Technical specification for fire resistance design of building concrete structures( DBJ/T 15-81—2011),a computational program was compiled. This program was used to systematically analyze the influence of parameters including fire resistance rating,slab thickness,concrete cover depth,rebar diameter,and rebar spacing on the fire-resistant flexural capacity of slab sections.Results indicate that,excluding open-type composite slabs with narrow ribs,the fire-resistant flexural capacity of closedrib,narrowed-rib,and wide-rib open-type profiled steel sheet composite slabs under fire can be equivalently calculated using that of ordinary reinforced concrete slabs with specific widths. Based on extensive calculation results,the optimal concrete cover depth for the bottom tensile reinforcement under different fire resistance ratings was determined,and a simplified method for calculating the fire-resistant flexural capacity of slab sections under fire was proposed. This method features simplicity in application,suitability for manual calculation,wide application range,and capability to yield economical reinforcement design results. Furthermore,some regularities summarized from substantial calculation results provide valuable guidance for the fire-resistant design of slabs.
