某综合教学实训基地屋盖弦支马鞍形网壳结构分析与设计
Analysis and design of saddle-shaped cable supported latticed shell roof in a comprehensive teaching and training base
【摘要】 河北对外经贸职业学院多功能综合教学实训基地工程建筑造型独特,屋盖呈马鞍面,跨度大而矢跨比小。通过对三种现有屋盖结构方案的定性分析,提出采用弦支马鞍形网壳作为屋盖结构形式。采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立了结构分析模型,通过计算得到了各工况和组合下的杆件应力和结构变形;通过结构自振特性分析得知结构自振频率较为密集,刚度分布均匀;通过稳定性分析并选取关键节点绘制荷载-位移曲线,发现该结构稳定性较好。选取垂跨比、拉索预应力、撑杆高度和环梁截面面积等关键参数对结构进行参数化分析,同时考虑半跨活载布置的影响,探究了各参数对弦支马鞍形网壳结构变形、构件内力、支座反力的影响规律。最后对该新型结构的关键节点进行了设计,并给出了不同工况下拉索张拉施工过程的控制索力。
【Abstract】 The multi-functional comprehensive teaching and training base of Hebei Institute of International Business and Economics features a unique architectural shape,with a saddle-shaped roof characterized by a large span and a small rise-span ratio. Through the qualitative analysis of the three selection schemes of roof structure,it was proposed to adopt the saddle-shaped cable supported latticed shell structure as the roof structure form. The structural analysis model was established by using large general finite element software ANSYS,and the stress of the member and structural deformation under various working conditions and combinations were obtained. Through the analysis of structural natural vibration characteristics,it is found that the natural vibration frequency of the structure is relatively dense and the stiffness distribution is uniform. Through stability analysis,key nodes were selected to draw load-displacement curves,and it is found that the structure has good stability. Key parameters such as the rise-to-span ratio,cable prestress,strut height and cross-sectional area of the ring beam were selected for a parametric analysis of the structure. Considering the influence of half-span live load arrangement,the effects of these parameters on the deformation,internal forces of members and support reactions of the cable-supported saddle-shaped latticed shell were investigated.At last,the key nodes of the new structure were designed,and the control cable forces in the construction process of cable tension under different working conditions were given.
