厦门新体育中心游泳馆复杂结构设计研究

【摘要】 厦门新体育中心游泳馆主体结构采用了带屈曲约束支撑的钢筋混凝土框架结构,比赛区上方的钢屋盖采用了一种带斜撑杆的多跨连续张弦结构。首先介绍了项目的建筑特点以及结构体系的布置和选型;随后对钢屋盖结构的质量和自振特性、风荷载取值进行了分析;并对比赛区上方的张弦结构形式、风吸力工况控制下张弦结构的受力分析方法、下弦拉索预张拉力的确定进行了研究;最后进行了预应力张拉的施工模拟分析。结果表明:该项目采用的主体结构和钢屋盖结构体系对强风和中高烈度区的游泳馆类建筑具有较好的适用性;其次张弦结构在风吸力作用下的受力分析需将风吸力和各竖向荷载工况叠加后施加在结构上进行内力分析;最后张拉力大小的选取能满足正常使用阶段张弦结构内力和变形的控制要求,同时又能实现施工阶段张拉与张弦结构脱架的同步完成。

【Abstract】 Main structure of Xiamen New Sports Center natatorium is reinforced concrete frame structure with bucklingrestrained braces,the steel roof structure system above competing area is one multi-span continuous string structure with diagonal braces. The architectural characteristics of the project and the layout and selection of the structural system was introduced. Mass and self-vibrating characteristic of steel roof and its wind load values were analyzed. The formation of string structure above competing area,the force analysis method of string structure under upward wind load,and the prestress tensioning values of cable were researched. Simulated analysis of pre-stress tensioning under construction was carried out. The results show that the structure system of main building and steel roof is suitable to the natatorium building located at strong wind and high intensity earthquake area. Secondly,the stress analysis of the prestressed beam string structure under upward wind load requires superimposing the upward wind load and various vertical load conditions before applying them to the structure for internal force analysis. Finally,the selection of the prestressing force magnitude should meet the control requirements for internal forces and deformations of the prestressed beam string structure during the normal service stage,while also enabling the synchronization of the tensioning process and the detachment of the prestressed beam string structure from the temporary.
