高声压宽频带声校准器的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of High Sound Pressure Wideband Sound Calibrator
【摘要】 针对现有校准设备无法实现在高声压状态下进行扫频测试的缺点,设计了一款多功能噪声传感器校准装置。在分析管道声学声压传递函数的基础上,设计了一种宽频带,不畸变的声压放大结构,为了保证整个校准频带内的声压带内不平度,设计了以STM32单片机为控制主板,结合相应的程控放大电路,功率放大电路的一款声压均衡器装置。测试结果表明,该校准设备可以在声压为130 dB~158 dB的范围内输出100 Hz~10 kHz的正弦噪声信号,带内不平度小于1 dB,相比于同类型的B&K公司4231声校准器,该校准器的声压范围提高到158 dB,频率范围提升了25%。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing calibration equipment that cannot sweep frequency test under high sound pressure,a multi-functional noise sensor calibration device is designed. Therefore,based on the analysis of the acoustic sound pressure transfer function of the pipeline,a wide band,non-distorted sound pressure amplification structure is designed to ensure the unevenness of the sound pressure band in the whole calibration band. This paper designs a sound pressure equalizer device with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control board,combined with the corresponding program control amplifier circuit and power amplifier circuit. The test results show that the calibration equipment can output sinusoidal noise signals of 100 Hz~10 kHz in the range of sound pressure from 130 dB to 158 dB,and the in-band unevenness is less than 1 dB. Compared with the same type of B&K4231 sound calibrator,the sound pressure range of the calibrator is increased to 158 dB. The frequency range is increased by 25%.
