【摘要】 将铸牢中华民族共同体意识深度融入高职院校人才培养全过程，是维护国家统一与民族团结的必然选择，也是落实高职院校立德树人根本任务的时代要求，更是促进学生全面发展与职业成长的现实需要。然而，当前高职院校在铸牢学生中华民族共同体意识方面还存在办学理念融入不深、课程协同育人不足、教师能力参差不齐、校园文化浸润不深、实践环节结合不紧等瓶颈。对此，需从强化育人理念引领、深化课程教学改革、建强专业化师资队伍、打造沉浸式校园文化、创新实践育人模式等五个维度，探索高职院校铸牢学生中华民族共同体意识的实践路径，推动中华民族共同体意识入脑入心，为强国建设汇聚团结奋进的技能力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deeply integrating the strong sense of community of the Chinese nation into the entire process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is not only an inevitable choice to maintain national unity and ethnic solidarity, but also a requirement of the times to implement the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. It is also a practical need to promote students’ comprehensive development and career growth. However, there are still a number of bottlenecks in the current higher vocational colleges’ efforts to strengthen students’ sense of community of the Chinese nation, such as insufficient integration of educational concepts, insufficient collaborative curriculum education, uneven teacher capabilities, insufficient campus cultural infiltration,and inadequate integration of practical aspects. In this regard, it is necessary to explore the practical path for higher vocational colleges to strengthen students’ sense of community of the Chinese nation from five dimensions: strengthening the guidance of educational concepts, deepening curriculum and teaching reforms, building a strong professional teaching staff, creating an immersive campus culture,and innovating practice-oriented educational models. This will promote the integration of the sense of community of the Chinese nation into the minds and hearts of the students, and gather the skills and strength of unity and progress for the construction of a strong country.更多还原
