HPLC同时测定牙膏中的23种防腐剂

【摘要】 目的 采用HPLC法同时测定牙膏中的23种防腐剂,并定量分析200批次牙膏中防腐剂的种类及含量。方法 以50%甲醇溶液作提取溶剂,采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈、0.12%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,二极管阵列检测器多波长检测。结果 23种防腐剂在各自浓度范围内的线性关系良好(r>0.9990);各组分的平均回收率为88.4%~106.8%,RSD<3.00%(n=6)。200批次牙膏中共检出11种牙膏中许可使用的防腐剂,大部分组分的测定值在牙膏防腐剂的限值规定内,125批次牙膏标签标示的防腐剂与实际检出情况不一致。结论 所用方法简便、灵敏,检测结果准确度高,适用于牙膏中多种防腐剂的定量与定性检测。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To simultaneously determine 23 preservatives in toothpaste by HPLC,and to analyze the types and contents of preservatives in 200 batches of toothpaste.METHODS Methanol-water(1:1) was selected as the solvent to extract preservatives from toothpaste.Chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column by gradient elution, using acetonitrile and 0.12% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and a column temperature of 30 ℃.The multi wavelength analysis was carried out by means of a diode array detector.RESULTS The 23 preservatives showed good linearities in the tested range(r>0.9990).The average recoveries for the 23 preservatives were in the range of 88.4%-106.8%,RSD<3.00%(n=6).A total of 11 types of preservatives were detected in 200 batches of toothpaste.The measured values of most part of preservatives were within the specified limits.The preservatives listed on the labeling of 125 batches of toothpaste were different from detected preservatives.CONCLUSION This method is proven accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 23 preservatives in toothpaste.
