界面熔化焊接技术研究现状
The Development of Interface Fusion Welding
【摘要】 界面熔化焊接作为一种新型、高效和绿色的精密可靠焊接技术,适合以薄壁、空腔、微细通道等为基本特征的三维空腔精密构件焊接制造,在航空航天、船舶、电子、核能等领域有较大的应用潜力,是未来重要的焊接技术发展方向。本文对界面熔化焊接的基本形式、原理和特点进行了概述,归纳总结了近年来界面熔化焊接取得的最新进展,分析了当前界面熔化焊接研究的不足,指明了界面熔化焊接在材料连接领域应用的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Interface fusion welding, as an emerging, efficient, and environmentally friendly precision joining technology, offers high reliability and is particularly suitable for manufacturing three-dimensional hollow precision components characterized by thin walls, internal cavities, and micro-channels. It demonstrates significant application potential in fields such as aerospace, shipbuilding, electronics, and nuclear energy, representing an important direction for future welding technology development. This paper systematically reviews the fundamental forms, principles, and characteristics of interface fusion welding, summarizes recent advances in this area, identifies current research limitations, and outlines future research directions for its application in material joining.
