月面3D打印建造系统功能及关键技术分析

【摘要】 分析了月面3D打印建造需具备月壤采集与筛分、月壤混料与输运、月面打印装置、月面建造移动、月面建造机械臂、月面建造定标与导航、月面建造测量与监测等功能,其中月壤高效采集与筛分技术、高效低功率月面原位3D打印技术、基于数字模型的自主打印控制技术、非合作环境定标与快速导航技术和多自由度冗余月面建造技术将是制约月面3D打印建造实施的关键技术,可为月面3D打印工程实施提供参考。

【Abstract】 It was analyzed that lunar surface 3D printing construction needs to go through functionalities of lunar soil collection and screening, lunar soil mixing and transportation, lunar surface printing devices, mobile lunar surface construction, lunar surface construction manipulators, lunar surface construction reference and navigation, lunar surface construction measurement and monitoring, and lunar surface construction support and application etc. Efficient lunar soil collection and screening technology, efficient low-power in-situ 3D printing technology, autonomous printing control technology based on digital models, non-cooperative environments reference and rapid navigation technology, and multi-degree-of-freedom redundant lunar surface construction will be the key technologies that restrict the implementation of lunar surface 3D printing construction. This can provide reference for the implementation of lunar surface 3D printing projects.
