双轮搅超薄型地连墙机在十二圩闸站的应用分析
Application Analysis of Double Wheel Stirring Ultra-thin Diaphragm Wall Machine in Twelve Polders Sluice Station
【摘要】 以扬州市十二圩闸站工程的防渗地连墙工程为背景,分析了当前CSM工法和常用工法在成墙厚度的工艺特点,提出了通过改进CSM机的铣削结构和适应不同地基条件的施工方法,成功实现了成墙厚度40 cm的技术目标,并在实际工程中进行了应用,有效节约了施工材料成本,研究提出的施工技术可为同类工程提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the anti-seepage diaphragm wall project of the Twelve Polders Sluice Station in Yangzhou City, this paper analyzes the technological characteristics of the current CSM method and common methods in wall thickness. It proposes to improve the milling structure of the CSM machine and adapt to different foundation conditions through construction methods, successfully achieving the technical goal of a 40 cm wall thickness. This technology has been applied in practical engineering, effectively saving construction material costs. The proposed construction technology can provide technical reference for similar projects.
