【摘要】 目的 巨细胞病毒感染在感染相关性溃疡性结肠炎中较为常见,已成为溃疡性结肠炎诱导和维持治疗中的棘手问题。本文旨在综述巨细胞病毒感染引起溃疡性结肠炎的诊断和治疗最新进展,并结合具体病例进行分析讨论,为临床相关诊疗工作提供参考。方法 通过梳理近年来国内外关于巨细胞病毒感染与溃疡性结肠炎相关的研究文献,总结了两者关联的诊断方法、治疗方案的最新进展;同时,对2例巨细胞病毒感染相关溃疡性结肠炎病例进行了详细整理、分析和讨论。结果文献显示,目前巨细胞病毒感染引起溃疡性结肠炎的诊断已形成多种成熟手段,治疗方案也在传统治疗基础上不断完善;结合报告的2例临床病例,为临床实践提供了具体的案例参考。结论 本文对巨细胞病毒感染感染相关性溃疡性结肠炎诊断、治疗的最新进展所做的综述及病例分析,可为临床医师开展相关诊疗工作提供理论支撑和实践参考,助力优化诊疗策略、改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection is relatively common in infection-associated ulcerative colitis and has become a challenging issue in the induction and maintenance therapy of ulcerative colitis. This article aims to review the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis caused by CMV infection, analyze specific cases, and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods By reviewing recent domestic and international research literature on the association between CMV infection and ulcerative colitis, this study summarized the latest developments in diagnostic methods and treatment options for their correlation. Additionally, two cases of CMV infection-related ulcerative colitis were thoroughly documented, analyzed, and discussed. Results The literature indicates that various established diagnostic methods for CMV-induced ulcerative colitis have been developed, and treatment protocols continue to improve upon traditional approaches. Combined with the reported clinical cases, this study offers practical case references for clinical practice. Conclusion This review and case analysis of the latest advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of CMV infection-associated ulcerative colitis provide theoretical support and practical references for clinicians, helping to optimize treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.更多还原
