【摘要】 目的 回顾分析我院诊治的14例MBC患者的诊断与治疗经过,评估手术治疗的安全性、有效性并随诊其预后。方法 从2007年6月到2025年5月,在我院对14例MBC患者进行了手术治疗并随访其预后,以检测治疗的有效性和安全性。结果 14例患者均为40岁及以上男性患者,多为单侧病变,多位于右乳,平均62.36±11.32岁,身高170.36±4.50cm,体重69.21±11.10kg,BMI 23.76±2.93kg/m~2。患者均因无症状发现乳腺肿物入院,在115.79±56.97min的手术中,失血量仅为70.00±34.42mL,病理多为浸润性导管癌。患者总住院时长14.93±5.23天,术后住院10.00±4.87天。13例最终失随访,仅1例持续随访13个月。术后化疗患者中3例失随访前发生肺转移。结论 MBC患者均因无症状发现乳腺肿物入院,病理多为浸润性导管癌。手术治疗能起到一定治疗效果,然而患者多需进行术后多疗程化疗。部分患者可发生术后肺转移,且此类患者随访率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 14 patients with MBC in our hospital, evaluate the safety and efficacy of surgical treatment, and follow up the prognosis. Methods From June 2007 to May 2025, 14 patients with MBC underwent surgical treatment in our hospital and their prognosis was followed up to detect the efficacy and safety of the treatment. Results All the 14 patients were male, aged 40 years or above, with an average age of 62.36±11.32 years, height 170.36±4.50 cm, weight 69.21±11.10 kg, and BMI 23.76±2.93 kg/m~2. Most of the lesions were unilateral and located in the right breast. All patients were admitted to the hospital due to asymptomatic breast masses. During 115.79±56.97 min of operation, the blood loss was only 70.00±34.42 mL, and the pathology was mostly invasive ductal carcinoma. The total length of hospital stay was 14.93±5.23 days, and the postoperative hospital stay was 10.00±4.87 days. Thirteen patients were lost to follow-up, and only one patient was followed up for 13 months. Three patients with postoperative chemotherapy had lung metastasis before losing follow-up. Conclusion All patients with MBC were admitted to the hospital due to asymptomatic breast masses, and most of them were invasive ductal carcinoma. Surgical treatment can play a certain therapeutic effect, but most patients need to undergo multiple courses of postoperative chemotherapy. Some patients may develop postoperative lung metastasis, and the follow-up rate of these patients is low.更多还原
