同轴反转增压齿轮泵的设计及输出特性仿真分析
Design and Output Characteristics Simulation Analysis of Coaxial Reversing Booster Gear Pumps
【摘要】 齿轮泵通过齿轮啮合旋转实现吸排油过程,传统齿轮泵结构简单,常用于低压系统。文章设计了一种具有同轴反转机构的双排串联齿轮泵,通过两级增压提升输出压力,并研究了齿轮泵的流量脉动性。结果表明,增大转速和齿数,增压齿轮泵脉动幅值呈增大趋势,但流量脉动率呈减小趋势;增加齿宽和模数,增压齿轮泵脉动幅值和流量脉动率均呈增大趋势,能够达到二级增压的效果,在工程领域具有一定的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The gear pump achieves the oil suction and discharge process through gear meshing and rotation. Traditional gear pumps feature a simple structure and are commonly used in low-pressure systems. In this paper, a double-row tandem gear pump with a coaxial countershaft mechanism is designed, which enhances output pressure via two-stage pressurization. Meanwhile, the flow pulsation characteristics of the gear pump flow are studied. Results show that this structure can achieve the effect of two-stage pressurization. And with the increase of rotational speed and number of teeth, the pulsation amplitude of the booster gear pump shows an increasing trend, while the flow pulsation rate of the pump shows a decreasing trend. With the increase of tooth width and modulus, both the pulsation amplitude and flow rate of the booster gear pump increased. This design has certain application value in the field of engineering.
