【摘要】 目的:分析刘爱民教授治疗不同类型脱发的用药规律。方法:采用频数分析法对2021年11月至2023年10月刘爱民教授治疗不同类型脱发的110例患者处方进行分析，并对不同类型脱发中药物的使用频次进行统计。结果:110例不同类型脱发患者中有57例雄激素性脱发，53例斑秃，共计使用中药182味，药物使用频次前10位的药物是川芎、当归、赤芍、黄芪、桑叶、菟丝子、茯苓、墨旱莲、制何首乌、桑椹;治疗雄激素性脱发处方中中药使用总频次为314次，其中清热凉血类中药使用频次居首位，其次为补气补血类中药，治疗斑秃处方中中药使用总频次为293次，其中补血类中药使用频次居首位，其次为清热凉血类中药;治疗不同类型脱发患者使用频次较高的中药处方有:凉血四物汤、二至丸、凉血生发汤、解郁生发汤等。结论:刘爱民教授治疗脱发以清热凉血、补气补血为主，根据不同证型配合利水渗湿药、清热燥湿药、补阳药、清热泻火药等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the medication rules of Liu Aimin in treating different types of alopecia. Methods: A frequency analysis method was used to analyze 110 formulas of Liu Aimin for treating different types of alopecia between November 2021 and October2023. The frequency of drug usage for different types of alopecia was statistically analyzed. Results: Among the 110 patients with different types of alopecia treated by Liu Aimin,57 had androgenetic alopecia and 53 had alopecia areata. A total of 182 Chinese medicinals were used. Among the top 10 most frequently used Chinese medicinals,they were as follows: Chuanxiong( Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Danggui( Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Chishao( Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Huangqi( Radix Scutellariae),Sangye( Folium Mori),Tusizi( Semen Cuscutae),Fuling( Poria),Hanliancao( Eclipta prostrata),Zhishouwu( Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata cum Succo Glycines Sotae),and Sangshen( Fructus Mori). In the formulas for androgenetic alopecia,the total frequency of Chinese medicinal usage was 314 times,with heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicinals being the most frequently used,followed by qi-tonifying and blood-nourishing medicinals. In the formulas for alopecia areata,the total frequency of Chinese medicinal usage was 293 times,with blood-nourishing medicinals being the most frequently used,followed by heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicinals. The frequently used Chinese medicinal formulas for treating different types of alopecia included Blood-Cooling Four Substances Decoction,Double Supreme Pills,Blood-Cooling and Hair-Generating Decoction,Depression-Relieving and Hair-Generating Decoction. Conclusion: Liu Aimin’s treatment of alopecia primarily focuses on clearing heat and cooling blood,as well as tonifying qi and nourishing blood. Depending on various syndrome types,Professor Liu also combines with dampness-draining diuretic medicinals,heat-clearing and dampnss-drying medicinals,yang-tonifying medicinals,and heat-clearing and fire-purging medicinals,etc.更多还原
