【摘要】 总结史锁芳教授从“痰”分期论治变应性支气管肺曲霉病经验。史锁芳教授认为急性发作期借鉴哮病治疗经验，病位在肺，病理因素以风痰为主，治以祛风解痉、清润化痰。临床缓解期借鉴肺痈治疗经验，病位在肺、脾，病理因素为顽痰，治以补肺健脾、涤痰泻浊。纤维化期借鉴肺痿治疗经验，病位在肺、肾，病理因素为痰瘀，治以补益肺肾、化痰祛瘀。附验案一则，以资佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize Professor SHI Suofang’s clinical experience in stage-based treatment of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA), with "phlegm" as the guiding principle. Professor SHI holds that, in the acute exacerbation stage, therapeutic strategies may draw on the treatment principles for wheezing disorder, where the disease is located in the lung, with wind phlegm as the principal pathological factor. The treatment principle is to eliminate wind, relieve convulsions, as well as clear and moisten the lung to resolve phlegm. In the clinical remission stage, treatment may draw on the therapeutic experience for lung abscess, with the disease primarily involving the lung and spleen and stubborn phlegm as the main pathological factor. The corresponding treatment should aim to tonify the lung and strengthen the spleen, transform phlegm, and drain turbidity. In the fibrotic stage,treatment may draw on the therapeutic principles for atrophy of the lung lobes, where the disease mainly involves the lung and kidney, with phlegm and blood stasis as the key pathological factors. The treatment should focus on tonifying the lung and kidney,resolving phlegm, and removing blood stasis. A verified medical record is appended as supporting evidence.更多还原
