【摘要】 脑小血管病认知障碍是临床中常见的一种认知障碍。国医大师孙申田从“神-气-髓海”角度探析脑小血管病认知障碍的病机，认为神主司认知功能，神机失用是本病的核心病机，髓海不足是本病的发病基础，并强调气是连接髓海与神的枢纽，气机失调是本病发生的关键。在治疗方面，孙申田教授提出“治病必先调神”的观点，以针刺调神为治疗本病的首选，同时兼顾充髓调气。附验案一则加以阐明，以期为脑小血管病认知障碍的针刺治疗提供理论支持和临床指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebral small vessel disease-related cognitive impairment(CSVD-CI) is a common clinical condition of cognitive dysfunction. National TCM Master SUN Shentian analyzes the pathogenesis of CSVD-CI from the perspective of "spirit-qi-marrow sea". He proposes that the spirit governs cognitive function, and the core pathogenesis of the disease lies in the dysfunction of the spirit’s activity. Insufficiency of the marrow constitutes the fundamental pathogenesis of this disease. He emphasizes that qi serves as the pivotal connection between the marrow and the spirit, and that dysregulation of qi movement is the key factor in the development of the condition. Regarding treatment, Professor SUN Shentian advocates the principle that "Regulating the spirit prior to treating disease", He identifies acupuncture for regulating the spirit as the primary treatment choice for this condition, while also addressing the replenishment of the marrow and regulation of qi.
