【摘要】 目的 研究我国有关处方审核相关研究的热点、趋势和方向，为未来医院处方审核相关研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库自2013—2023年有关处方审核研究的文献，采用BICOMB-2021软件对纳入文献的书目信息进行提取和统计，根据词频确定高频关键词，生成共现矩阵和词篇矩阵；运用NetDraw-2.148软件和Ucinet-6.560软件对共现矩阵进行社会网络分析；利用gCLUTO-1.0软件对词篇矩阵进行聚类分析。结果 最终纳入有关处方审核的文献有437篇，2014年以后发文量较多，年均41篇，发文量最多的期刊是《中国药房》和《中国医院药学杂志》,确定了当前处方审核研究的5个主题：静脉用药配置中心基于信息化医嘱审核应用研究；全胃肠外营养液处方合理性及安全性的研究；医疗机构不适宜处方/医嘱分析的研究；医疗机构处方审核系统中审方规则的优化与实践的研究；临床药师基于建设信息化建设创新药学服务的研究。结论 近十年来在国家各项政策的支持下，我国有关处方审核的研究迎来蓬勃发展，处方前置审核成为大势所趋，处方审核信息系统的建设向着信息化、精细化和智能化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hotspots, trends and directions of research on prescription review in China, and to provide reference for future research on prescription review in hospitals. Methods The literature on prescription review research published from 2013 to 2023 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, and VIP Database. The bibliographic information of the included literature was extracted and analyzed using BICOMB-2021 software. High-frequency keywords were determined based on word frequency, and a co-occurrence matrix and a word-document matrix were generated. Social network analysis was performed on the co-occurrence matrix using NetDraw-2.148 software and Ucinet-6.560 software. Cluster analysis was conducted on the word-document matrix using gCLUTO-1.0 software. Results A total of 437 articles on prescription review were finally included. The number of publications increased significantly after 2014, with an average of 41 articles per year. The journals with the highest number of publications were China Pharmacy and Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy. Five major research themes were identified: application research of information-based order review in pharmacy intravenous admixture services, research on the rationality and safety of total parenteral nutrition prescriptions, analysis of inappropriate prescriptions/orders in medical institutions, research on the optimization and practice of review rules in prescription review systems, and research on clinical pharmacists innovating pharmaceutical care based on information technology construction. Conclusion With the support of various national policies in the past decade, research on prescription review in China has experienced vigorous development. Pre-prescription review has become a general trend, and the construction of prescription review information systems is advancing towards informatization, refinement, and intelligence.更多还原
