【摘要】 目的 借助文献计量学梳理总结食管癌快速康复(ERAS)领域的研究现状和进展，为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。方法 收集本领域相关文献，利用CiteSpace 6.3R1、VOSviewer 1.6.20等软件对该领域的作者及机构合作、关键词共现、聚类、突现等进行可视化展示，并结合专业知识分析图谱隐含的信息。结果 共纳入360篇文献，发文量显示本领域研究大致经历了3个时期；作者及机构间的合作较为松散。主要关键词提示本领域研究涉及食管癌患者的ERAS护理及相关治疗等；疼痛、营养支持等一直为本领域的研究重点；最近几年本领域的研究热点则更关注食管癌患者的相关并发症及心理健康等方面。结论 本研究系统分析整理了食管癌ERAS领域的研究变化及演进过程，直观展示了本领域的研究热点前沿等信息，可为该领域的深入研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the research status and progress in the field of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) for esophageal cancer through bibliometrics, and provide reference for further research. Methods Relevant literature in this field were collected, and CiteSpace 6.3R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.20 were used to visualize the author and institutional collaborations, keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and burstness in this field. The information implied in the maps was analyzed with professional knowledge. Results A total of 360 articles were included. The number of publications showed that research in this field had roughly gone through three periods, while the cooperation between authors and institutions was relatively loose. The main keywords suggested that research in this field involved ERAS nursing and related treatments for esophageal cancer patients. Pain and nutritional support had always been the research priorities. In recent years, research hotspots have focused more on complications and mental health of esophageal cancer patients. Conclusion This study systematically analyzes and collates the research changes and evolution process in the field of ERAS for esophageal cancer, visually displaying the research hotspots and frontiers, which can provide a reference for further research.更多还原
