【摘要】 目的 探究中风回春片对缺血性脑梗死(ICI)患者凝血功能、神经功能及血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法 按随机数字表法将河南中医药大学第二附属医院2024年1月至2025年1月收治的101例ICI患者分为对照组(常规治疗，50例)和试验组(在对照组的基础上结合中风回春片治疗，51例)，比较两组临床疗效、凝血功能、神经功能和生活自理能力、血清相关指标。结果 试验组总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);施治后，试验组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、Barthel指数(BI)、GSH-Px水平、凝血酶原时间(PT)水平均高于对照组，纤维蛋白原(FIB)、神经功能缺损程度量表(NDS)、MDA水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ICI患者应用中风回春片可改善凝血功能、神经功能及血清相关指标，提高生活自理能力，疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Zhongfeng Huichun Pian on coagulation function,neurological function and serum glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde( MDA) levels in patients with ischaemic cerebral infarction( ICI). Methods A total of 101 patients with ICI admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into control group( conventional treatment,50 cases) and experimental group( on the basis of the control group combined with Zhongfeng Huichun Pian,51 cases)according to the random number table method. The clinical efficacy,coagulation function,neurological function,self-care ability and serum related indexes of the two group were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group( 94. 12%) was higher than that of the control group( 80. 00%)( P < 0. 05). After treatment,activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) level,Barthel index( BI),GSH-Px level and prothrombin time( PT) level in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,fibrinogen( FIB) level,neurological deficit scale( NDS) score and MDA level were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).
