缩节胺复配不同生长调节剂对大豆生长、养分积累及产量的影响
Effects of Mepiquat Chloride Combined with Different Growth Regulators on Soybean Growth, Nutrient Accumulation, and Yield
【摘要】 为明确缩节胺与不同植物生长调节剂复配喷施对大豆生长和产量的影响,本研究以新大豆23号为试验材料,在新疆生产建设兵团第七师两个试验点设置清水(CK)、缩节胺(DPC)、缩节胺+调环酸钙(DPC+Pro-Ca)、缩节胺+烯效唑(DPC+S3307)、缩节胺+多效唑(DPC+PP333)、缩节胺+矮壮素(DPC+CCC)6个处理,分析缩节胺复配不同植物生长调节剂对大豆农艺性状、养分积累量、产量及产量构成因素等指标的影响。结果表明,与DPC处理相比,DPC+S3307、DPC+PP333处理大豆株高和平均节间长度显著降低;DPC+Pro-Ca、DPC+S3307、DPC+PP333、DPC+CCC地上部干物质积累量分别增加了7.25%~16.48%、20.13%~31.07%,25.18%~33.37%、9.26%~16.00%;DPC+S3307、DPC+PP333处理大豆叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)值和籽粒的氮磷钾积累量有所提高。各DPC复配处理较单施DPC处理均能提高大豆单株粒数、单株荚数和产量,其中DPC+S3307、DPC+PP333增产显著,分别较DPC提高了20.50%~26.22%、19.93%~30.00%。综上,喷施DPC+S3307和DPC+PP333能有效改善大豆的养分吸收和光合作用,促进大豆生长和产量的提升。本研究结果为植物生长调节剂在大豆生产上的应用提供了技术支撑。
【Abstract】 This study aimed to clarify the effects of compound spraying of Mepiquat chloride(DPC) with different plant growth regulators on soybean growth and yield. This study used Xindadou 23 as the experimental material, six treatments were set up at two experimental sites of the Seventh Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: water(CK), DPC alone(DPC), DPC+Prohexadione calcium(DPC+ProCa), DPC+Uniconazole(DPC+S3307), DPC+Paclobutrazol(DPC+PP333), and DPC+Chlormequat chloride(DPC+CCC). The study analyzed the effects of combining DPC with various plant growth regulators on soybean agronomic traits, nutrient accumulation, yield and yield components. The results showed that, compared with the DPC, the DPC+S3307 and DPC+PP333 significantly reduced plant height and internode length of soybean. The dry matter accumulation of DPC+Pro-Ca, DPC+S3307, DPC+PP333 and DPC+CCC increased by 7. 25%-16. 48%, 20. 13%-31. 07%, 25. 18%-33. 37% and 9. 26%-16. 00%, respectively. After the application of DPC+S3307 and DPC+PP333, the SPAD value and N, P, K accumulation of soybean were increased. All combination treatments increased the number of grains and pods per plant, as well as yield, compared to DPC alone. Notably, DPC+S3307 and DPC+PP333 significantly increased yield by 20. 50%-26. 22% and 19. 93%-30. 00%, respectively. In conclusion, foliar application of DPC+S3307 and DPC+PP333 can effectively enhance nutrient absorption and photosynthesis in soybean, promoting soybean growth and yield. The results of this study can provide technical support for the application of plant growth regulators in soybean production.
