【摘要】 目的 探讨神阙穴穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包干预对脑卒中合并功能性便秘患者的临床效果，为优化卒中患者便秘管理方案提供依据。方法 纳入2021-05—2022-12于河南省人民医院治疗的180例脑卒中患者为研究对象，对照组和干预组各90例，对照组采用基础措施加常规治疗方法，干预组在基础措施的基础上给予神阙穴穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包热敷。采用中医疗效评定、便秘症状积分对2组研究对象进行评定。结果 干预组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Z=5.293,P<0.001)。干预组排便间隔时间(t=5.766,P<0.001)、排便费力程度(t=5.515,P<0.001)、排便形状(t=4.209,P<0.001)、排便时间评分(t=5.515,P<0.001)均低于对照组，干预组首次排便时间短于对照组(Z=5.080,P<0.001)。结论 神阙穴穴位贴敷加中药热奄包热敷对脑卒中患者功能性便秘有明显的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenque acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine hot compress intervention on stroke patients with functional constipation, so as to provide a basis for optimizing the constipation management plan for stroke patients.Methods One hundred and eighty stroke patients treated in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were included as the research subjects, divided into the control group and the intervention group with 90 cases each. The control group received basic measures plus conventional treatment, while the intervention group was given Shenque acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on the basis of basic measures. The two groups were evaluated by TCM curative effect evaluation and constipation symptom score.Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was markedly higher than that in the control group,with the difference reaching statistical significance(Z=5.293, P<0.001). The defecation interval time(t=5.766, P<0.001),defecation effort(t=5.515,P<0.001),stool characteristics(t=4.209,P<0.001) and defecation time scores(t=5.515,P<0.001) of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the first defecation time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group(Z=5.080, P<0.001).Conclusion Shenque acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine hot compress significantly improve functional constipation in stroke patients.更多还原
