外源激素6-BA、GA3对‘春雪’流苏花期及其功能成分的影响

【摘要】 为探究外源激素6-BA和GA3对流苏(Chionanthus retusus Lindley&Paxton)生理生化及花期的影响,以9 a生早花良种‘春雪’流苏为试验材料,采用外源激素6-BA和GA3喷施处理的方法,各设置100、200、300、400、500 mg/L5个浓度梯度,以喷施等量清水作为对照组(CK),在花期进行采样,对其可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)以及内源激素(IAA、GA3、ABA、ZR)进行测定。结果表明:6-BA和GA3处理均显著降低花期的可溶性糖含量,6-BA浓度升高会降低叶片可溶性蛋白含量,而低浓度GA3促进花期前蛋白积累,高浓度则抑制;两种激素均能延缓抗氧化酶活性下降,其中低浓度6-BA和GA3可提高CAT和POD活性;喷施适当浓度的6-BA和GA3有利于延长花期,其中400 mg/L的6-BA使花期提前且总延长6 d,200 mg/L和300 mg/L的GA3分别延长7 d和9 d。研究结果为流苏良种选育及花期调控提供理论技术支撑。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of exogenous hormones 6-BA and GA3 on the physiological and biochemical processes of Chionanthus retusus Lindley & Paxton, as well as their impact on flowering period, the experiment utilized the early-flowering cultivar C. retusus ‘Chunxue’ as the test material. Exogenous hormones 6-BA and GA3 were applied using a foliar spray method, with five concentration gradients set at 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mg/L, using equal amounts of water spray as the control group(CK). Sampling was conducted during the flowering period to measure soluble sugar, soluble protein, antioxidant enzymes(SOD, POD, CAT), and endogenous hormones(IAA, GA3, ABA, ZR). The results indicated that treatments with both 6-BA and GA3 significantly reduced the content of soluble sugars during the flowering period. An increase in the concentration of 6-BA corresponded with a decrease in soluble protein content in the leaves, while low concentrations of GA3 promoted protein accumulation prior flowering, and high concentrations inhibited it. Both hormones were effective in delaying the decline of antioxidant enzyme activity, with low concentrations of 6-BA and GA3 enhancing the activities of CAT and POD. Applying appropriate concentrations of 6-BA and GA3 was beneficial in extending the flowering period; notably, a concentration of 400 mg/L of 6-BA advanced the flowering period while extending it by a total of 6 d, and concentrations of 200 mg/L and 300 mg/L GA3 extended the period by 7 d and 9 d, respectively. This study provides a theoretical and technical basis for the selection and cultivation of superior cultivars of C. retusus and for the regulation of flowering time.
