压力容器设备安全风险管控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 【目的】针对当前压力容器设备数量迅速增加所带来的管控风险问题,以及存在的标准不统一、管控进度不同步及实时性不足等挑战,设计并开发一套压力容器设备安全风险管控系统。【方法方法】该系统基于Django与MySQL技术,采用《特种设备安全隐患排查治理实施规范》(DB41/T2148—2021)和《特种设备安全风险辨识分级管控规范》(DB41/T 2149—2021)进行评估算法构建和影响项权重分配,以实现压力容器风险的在线管理。【结果】该系统能有效管理压力容器设备安全风险,相较于传统的方法,该系统实现了压力容器风险点从发现辨识、评估定级、巡查管控到解除风险,以及后续可能引发的事故处置等全过程管理。【结论】该系统的应用,显著提升了风险管控的便捷性和实时响应能力,优化了用户的操作体验。

【Abstract】 [Purposes] To address the risk management challenges caused by the rapid increase in the number of pressure vessel equipment, as well as issues such as inconsistent standards, unsynchronized management progress, and insufficient real-time capabilities, safety risk management system for pressure vessel equipment was designed and developed. [Methods] The system is based on Django and MySQL technologies, utilizing the assessment algorithms and impact factor weight assignments defined in "DB41/T 2148—2021 Implementation Specification for Safety Hazard Investigation and Management of Special Equipment" and "DB41/T 2149—2021 Specification for Safety Risk Identification and Graded Control of Special Equipment" to enable online risk management for pressure vessels. [Findings] The system effectively manages the safety risks of pressure vessel equipment. Compared with traditional methods, it achieves full-process management of pressure vessel risk points, from identification and assessment, grading, inspection and control, to risk elimination and subsequent accident handling. [Conclusions] The application of this system significantly improves the convenience and real-time responsiveness of risk management, optimizing the user operation experience.
