两株植物促生细菌对金丝皇菊生长发育的调控效应及其菌肥应用潜力

【摘要】 【目的】为解决菊花常规栽培中存在的生长受限问题,本研究将自主分离的两株植物促生细菌应用于金丝皇菊栽培,探究其对植株生长发育的调控作用,旨在从微生物改良角度探索金丝皇菊生长的绿色解决方案。【方法】于苗期采用灌根方式施用经清洗处理的内生菌株(每株20 mL),处理70 d后观测其形态生长及开花性状。【结果】两株促生细菌的施用均对金丝皇菊的营养生长产生积极影响。处理70 d后,接种菌株NHH1-1的植株株高显著提高了32.1%,冠幅极显著增加了76.7%;接种菌株NHB2-5的植株株高显著提高了37.7%,冠幅显著增加了90.7%。两株菌的施用均促进了金丝皇菊花苞的形成(7~9个)。接种NHB2-5的处理中,植株花朵开放率达到44.44%;接种NHH1-1的处理中,花朵开放率为14.29%。此外,两株菌的施用均显著增加了金丝皇菊脚芽的萌发数量,脚芽高度与基部茎粗亦得到显著提升。【结论】两株促生细菌施用后均显著促进了金丝皇菊的生长与成花。其中,NHH1-1主要增强了营养生长与花苞形成能力,而NHB2-5则在营养生长、开花数量及脚芽发育等方面均表现出综合促进效应。结果表明,这两株菌均能有效提升金丝皇菊的生长发育水平,具有良好的应用潜力。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To address the growth constraints of chrysanthemums under conventional cultivation conditions, this study applied two strains of plant growth-promoting bacteria, isolated in-house, to Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’. The aim was to investigate their regulatory effects on plant growth and development, thereby exploring green microbial solutions for enhancing the growth of Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’ from the perspective of microbial improvement. 【Method】During the seedling stage, washed endophytic bacterial strains were applied via root drenching(20 mL per plant). Morphological growth and flowering traits were observed 70 days after treatment. 【Result】The inoculation of both bacteria strains positively affected the vegetative growth of Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’. After 70 days, plants inoculated with strain NHH1-1 exhibited a significant 32.1% increase in plant height and a highly significant 76.7% increase in crown spread; plants inoculated with strain NHB2-5 showed a significant 37.7% increase in plant height and a significant 90.7% increase in crown spread. Both treatments promoted flower bud formation(7~9 buds per plant). The flower opening rate reached 44.44% in the NHB2-5 treatment and 14.29% in the NHH1-1 treatment. Furthermore, the application of both strains significantly increased the number of adventitious buds and enhanced their height and the basal stem thickness of ‘Jinsi Huangju’. 【Conclusion】The application of both strains of plant growth-promoting bacteria significantly enhanced the growth and flowering of Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘Jinsi Huangju’. Specifically, strain NHH1-1 primarily promoted vegetative growth and bud formation, whereas strain NHB2-5 demonstrated a comprehensive promoting effect on vegetative growth, flower number, and lateral bud development. The results indicate that both strains can effectively improve the growth and development of ‘Jinsi Huangju’ and possess promising potential for practical application.
