车辆前端造型对行人胸部损伤影响研究

【摘要】 为了研究行人胸部的损伤机理和车辆前端造型对行人胸部损伤的影响,建立了不同发动机罩前缘高度(BLEH)、发动机罩角度(BA)的车辆与不同姿态的THUMS行人人体模型碰撞的30个仿真案例,提取了行人胸部的碰撞速度,通过肋骨应变值计算出行人胸部的损伤风险.研究结果表明,不同BLEH的车辆与行人碰撞时,行人的运动模式和行人胸部的损伤部位不同.BLEH=950 mm是行人全身倾倒工况和全身推倒工况两种运动模式的切换点.随着BLEH的增加,行人胸部的碰撞速度和胸部的损伤风险先减小后增加;随着BA的增加,行人胸部的碰撞速度和胸部的损伤风险也增加.此外,分析了车辆前端造型对行人胸部损伤的影响规律,研究结果可为车辆安全性设计提供理论依据.

【Abstract】 To study the injury mechanisms of pedestrian thorax and the influence of vehicle front-end styling on such injuries, this paper sets up 30 simulation cases of vehicles with different bonnet leading edge heights(BLEH) and bonnet angles(BA) colliding with THUMS pedestrian models in various postures. It extracts the thorax impact velocity and calculates the thorax injury risk by rib strain. The results show that the pedestrian’s movement pattern and the injury site of the thorax are different when vehicles of different BLEH collide with the pedestrian. The BLEH of 950 mm is the switching point of the two motion modes of the pedestrian in the full-body toppling condition and the full-body pushing condition. With the increase of BLEH, the impact speed of the thorax and the injury risk of the thorax first decrease and then increase. Conversely, as BA increases, both the impact thorax speed and the injury risk increase. Additionally, this paper analyzes the impact of vehicle front-end styling on pedestrian thorax injuries, and the results can provide some reference for vehicle safety design.
