【摘要】 目的 探讨神经内镜下垂体瘤切除术对垂体瘤患者手术情况及肿瘤切除情况的影响。方法 选取2023年4月至2025年3月河南大学第一附属医院收治的80例垂体瘤患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(神经内镜下垂体瘤切除术)、对照组(显微镜下垂体瘤切除术)2组，每组40例。比较2组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、肿瘤全切除率、并发症发生情况及术后1个月生活质量。结果 观察组术中出血量、住院时间、并发症总发生率均少于对照组(t=6.218,P<0.001;t=6.703,P<0.001;χ~2=4.114,P=0.043);肿瘤全切除率、术后1个月生活质量评分均高于对照组(χ~2=4.505,P=0.034;t=4.038,P<0.001)。2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.688,P=0.494)。结论 神经内镜下垂体瘤切除术的肿瘤全切除率高，术中出血量少，住院时间短，并发症总发生率低，对于提升患者的生活质量也有积极意义，临床应用效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of neuroendoscopic pituitary tumor resection on the surgical conditions and tumor resection of patients with pituitary tumors. Methods A total of 80 patients with pituitary tumors who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from April 2023 to March 2025 were selected. Using the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group(neuroendoscopic pituitary tumor resection) and the control group(microscopic pituitary tumor resection) with 40 patients in each group. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay, tumor complete resection rate, complication occurrence, and postoperative 1-month quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, and total complication rate in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(t=6.218, P<0.001; t=6.703, P<0.001; χ~2=4.114, P=0.043). The tumor complete resection rate and postoperative 1-month quality of life score were all higher than those in the control group(χ~2=4.505, P=0.034; t= 4.038, P<0.001). There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(t=0.688, P=0.494). Conclusion Neuroendoscopic pituitary tumor resection has a high tumor complete resection rate, less intraoperative blood loss, shorter hospital stay, and a lower total complication rate.
