【摘要】 目的 了解妇产科患者护理关怀满意度与关系性关怀的现状及其相关性，为构建和谐护患关系提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样法，于2025年3-11月选取全国18个省份148所医院的妇产科住院患者为调查对象，采用一般资料调查表、卫生保健系统护理关怀工具、关系性关怀量表-患者版进行调查。结果 妇产科患者护理关怀满意度得分为(109.79±15.83)分，关系性关怀得分为(70.29±8.04)分。护理关怀满意度与关系性关怀呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示，居住地、医疗付费方式及关系性关怀的关怀维度是妇产科患者护理关怀满意度的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 妇产科患者护理关怀满意度与关系性关怀总体处于较好水平，两者关联紧密。临床应关注不同社会人口学背景患者的差异化关怀需求，将人文关怀贯穿护理全过程，以提升护理服务质量及患者就医体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status and correlation of care satisfaction and relational care among obstetrics and gynecology inpatients, and to provide evidence for constructing harmonious nurse-patient relationships.Methods A convenience sampling approach was employed to recruit obstetrics and gynecology inpatients from 148 hospitals across 18 provinces in China between March and November 2025.The general information questionnaire, the Methodist Health Care System Nursing Caring Instrument(NCI) and the Relational Care Scale(patient version) were adopted for investigation.Results The scores of care satisfaction and relational caring were 109.79±15.83 and 70.29±8.04 respectively.Care satisfaction was positively correlated with relational care(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that residence, medical payment methods and dimensions of relational care were the main influencing factors of care satisfaction(all P<0.05).Conclusion Both care satisfaction and relational care are at a good level and closely correlated. Clinically, targeted care needs of patients with different demographic backgrounds should be emphasized, and humanistic care should be implemented throughout nursing practice to improve nursing service quality and patients′ medical experience.更多还原
