【摘要】 在人口老龄化加速与乡村振兴战略深化的双重背景下，农村互助养老成为破解传统家庭养老功能弱化与机构养老水土不服的重要实践创新。基于嵌入性理论，在“制度—组织—社会—服务”四维嵌入分析框架下，通过对山东省成武县C村农村互助养老实地调研可知，当地互助养老发展表现为多元主体协同驱动的主体动力、结构要素系统性支撑的社会基础以及多维度协同实践的运作方式。究其实践困境，具体包括制度嵌入的悬浮性与僵硬化、组织嵌入的碎片化与协同困境、社会嵌入的文化脱嵌与认同弱化、服务嵌入的资源离散与供需失衡等方面。鉴于此，需要从制度适配、组织协同、社会赋能以及服务提质等方面优化农村互助养老的发展路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of accelerating population aging and the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy, rural mutual aid elderly care has emerged as a crucial practical innovation to address the weakening of traditional family elderly care and the inadaptability of institutional elderly care. Based on the theory of embeddedness, through a field investigation in Village C, Chengwu County, Shandong Province, it is found that the development of rural mutual aid elderly care in the area is characterized by the synergy of multiple actors as the driving force, the systematic support of structural elements as the social foundation, and the multi-dimensional collaborative practice as the operational mode. However, the practice faces several challenges, including the suspended and rigid constraints of institutional embedding, the fragmentation and coordination difficulties of organizational embedding, the cultural disengagement and weakened identity of social embedding, and the scattered resources and supply-demand imbalance of service embedding. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the development path of rural mutual aid elderly care from the aspects of institutional adaptation, organizational coordination, social empowerment, and service quality improvement.更多还原
