植生混凝土配合比优化设计及性能研究
Optimization design and performance research of vegetation concrete mix ratio
【摘要】 为进一步优化植生混凝土(VC)的各项性能,以不同骨料粒径(16~19 mm,19~26.5 mm,26.5~31.5 mm)和水泥种类(普通硅酸盐水泥,铝酸盐水泥,硫铝酸盐水泥)作为影响因素,研究VC性能变化规律。结果表明:随着骨料粒径的增加,VC的透水性能呈现出持续增加的趋势,抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和Na+呈现出持续降低的趋势,平均吸声系数、植被根系活力、生长高度、K+、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量呈现出先增后降的趋势。综合VC各性能分析,推荐使用19~26.5 mm及铝酸盐水泥制备的植生混凝土。此外,掺铝酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥的VC水化产物中Ca(OH)2与Si O2衍射峰均低于掺普通硅酸盐水泥的VC,同TG-DTG的曲线的质量损失的规律一致,符合3种水泥之间宏观性能的差异性。
【Abstract】 In order to further optimize the performance of vegetation concrete(VC),this paper takes different aggregate particle sizes(from16 mm to 19 mm,from 19 mm to 26.5 mm,from 26.5 mm to 31.5 mm)and cement types(ordinary Portland cement,aluminate cement,sulphoaluminate cement)as influencing factors to study the change law of VC performance.The results show that with the increase of aggregate particle size,the water permeability of VC shows a continuous increasing trend,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength show a continuous decreasing trend,and the average sound absorption,coefficient vegetation root activity and growth height show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Based on the performance analysis of VC,it is recommended to use the planting concrete prepared from 19 mm to 26.5 mm and aluminate cement.In addition,the diffraction peaks of Ca(OH)2 and Si O2 in the hydration products of VC mixed with aluminate cement and sulphoaluminate cement are lower than those of VC mixed with ordinary portland cement,which is consistent with the law of mass loss of TG-DTG curve and conforms to the difference of macroscopic properties among the three kinds of cement.
