再生混凝土流变性能试验研究

【摘要】 通过试验研究了粗骨料构成对新拌再生混凝土坍落度、扩展度、屈服应力和塑性黏度等流变性能指标的影响。试验结果表明:随着再生粗骨料取代率或粗骨料-砂浆质量比的增大,再生混凝土的坍落度和扩展度同步减小,塑性黏度和屈服应力平稳增大。大骨料级配的再生混凝土具有较好坍落度和扩展度,中骨料级配的再生混凝土塑性黏度和屈服应力可满足泵送要求。

【Abstract】 The influences of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)on rheological properties,such asslump,extensibility,yield stress and plastic viscosity of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)was studied by experiment.The results show that with the increase of RCA content and the mass ratio of aggregate-mortar,the slump and extensibility of RAC decrease while the plastic viscosity and yield stress increase steadily.The slump and extensibility of RAC with large aggregate grading was better,while RAC with medium aggregate grading has excellent plastic viscosity and yield stress that can meet the requirements of the rheological properties of pumping.
