纤维增强煤矸石粉-矿渣-粉煤灰三元碱激发复合材料:单纯形质心法与拉伸性能研究

【摘要】 普通硅酸盐水泥作为配制水泥基工程复合材料(ECC)的关键胶凝材料被广泛使用,但其生产所排放的大量二氧化碳,严重限制ECC的进一步开发和广泛应用。为解决这一问题,利用工业固废煤矸石粉,搭配矿渣和粉煤灰,研制新型三元碱激发胶凝材料用以替代水泥制备工程复合材料成为一种可行的发展方向。跳出传统的复合材料配合比设计方法,应用单纯形质心增强设计方法,设计10种不同的纤维增强煤矸石粉-矿渣-粉煤灰三元碱激发复合材料(CTAM)配合比,并评估3种前驱体比例变化对复合材料的单轴拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明:制备的CTAM表现出良好的延性破坏特征,并具有明显的伪应变硬化行为,当煤矸石粉在前驱体材料中的比例控制在5%~15%时,复合材料具有最大的拉伸强度和应变值,其中峰值拉伸应变和最大拉伸应力可达8.37%和9.75 MPa。而当粉煤灰的比例超过65%,或矿渣含量降低至35%时,CTAM的拉伸强度明显降低。因此,适量的煤矸石粉掺量是提升CTAM拉伸强度的关键。

【Abstract】 Ordinary Portland cement is widely used as the key binder material for preparing engineered cementitious composites(ECC),but its production emits a large amount of carbon dioxide,severely limiting the further development and widespread application of ECC.To address this issue,using industrial waste coal gangue powder,combined with slag and fly ash,to develop a new type of ternary alkali-activated binder to replace cement in the preparation of engineering composites has become a feasible development direction.It departs from traditional composite mix design methods and applies the simplex centroid reinforcement design method to design ten different mix ratios of fiber-reinforced coal gangue powder-slag-fly ash ternary alkali-activated composites(CTAM).It evaluates the impact of varying the proportions of the three precursors on the uniaxial tensile performance of the composite.The research results show that the prepared CTAM exhibits good ductile failure characteristics and significant pseudo-strain hardening behavior.When the proportion of coal gangue powder in the precursor material is controlled within the range of 5% to 15%,the composite material has the maximum axial tensile stress and strain values,with peak tensile strain and maximum tensile stress reaching 8.37% and 9.75 MPa,respectively.When the proportion of fly ash is more than 65%,or the content of slag is reduced to 35%,the tensile strength of the CTAM decreases significantly.Therefore,the appropriate amount of coal gangue powder is the key to improve the tensile strength of CTAM.
