【摘要】 《中国共产党思想政治工作条例》是党的历史上第一部关于思想政治工作的统领性、综合性的基础主干法规。它明确提出思想政治工作的定义，确立新时代思想政治工作的指导思想和根本原则，规定思想政治工作的职责、内容、方式方法，明确各领域思想政治工作任务，提出队伍建设和条件保障的举措，为思想政治教育学科建设提出了重新认识思想政治工作内涵、特征、内容、方式方法、领域和进行相关学科建设的课题。思想政治教育学科应根据党的思想政治工作实践发展和《中国共产党思想政治工作条例》要求，更新学科研究的范式，拓展学科研究领域，探索学科内在规律，提供学科核心技能，构建学科自主知识体系，推动学科内涵式发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the first leading and comprehensive basic backbone regulation on the ideological and political work in the history of the Communist Party of China, Regulations on Ideological and Political Work of the Communist Party of China clearly define the concept of ideological and political work, establish the guiding ideology and fundamental principles for ideological and political work in the new era, stipulate the responsibilities, contents, methods and approaches of ideological and political work, and clarify the tasks of ideological and political work across various fields, as well as advance targeted measures for team building and condition guarantees, thus proposing for the ideological and political education discipline construction a topic of re-understanding the connotation, characteristics, content, methods and approaches, and fields of ideological and political work as well as conducting related discipline construction. The ideological and political education discipline should, in line with the Party’s ideological and political work practices and the requirements of Regulations on Ideological and Political Work of the Communist Party of China, update its research paradigms,expand its research fields,explore its intrinsic laws,provide core skills,construct an autonomous knowledge system,and promote its connotative development.更多还原
