【摘要】 目的 探讨皮内针联合中药烫熨在泌尿系结石疼痛患者中的护理干预效果。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年5月萍乡市中医院收治的60例泌尿系结石疼痛患者为研究对象，按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则将其分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组实施常规护理联合中药烫熨干预，观察组在对照组基础上加用皮内针干预，两组均连续干预3 d判定干预效果。比较两组患者疼痛程度、镇痛药物使用率、护理满意度。结果 干预3 d后，观察组患者整体疼痛程度轻于对照组，镇痛药物使用率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预3 d后，观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 皮内针联合中药烫熨应用于泌尿系结石疼痛患者的护理干预中，可减轻患者疼痛程度，降低患者镇痛药物使用率，提高患者护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of intradermal needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in patients with urinary calculi pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary calcul pain treated at Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May2024 were selected as the research subjects.Acording to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress intervention,while the observation group received intradermal needle intervention in addition to the interventions given to the control group.Both groups received continuous intervention for 3 days to evaluate the intervention effects.The pain level,analgesic drug usage rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of intervention,the overall pain level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the analgesic drug usage rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intradermal needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in nursing intervention for patients with urinary calculi pain can reduce pain levels,decrease the usage rate of analgesic drugs,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care.更多还原
