【摘要】 森林康养作为利用优质森林资源促进人们身心健康的生态产品，为生态疗愈提供了有效途径。湖南省森林生态资源丰富，人文景观多样化，在“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念指引下，具备发展森林康养产业的显著优势。本文系统剖析了湖南省发展森林康养产业的内外部条件：其优势在于独特的地理区位、丰富的生态资源、浓厚的文化底蕴及坚实的教育和科研基础；其劣势体现在基础设施薄弱、产品同质化严重以及公众认知度不足。针对现有问题，提出四点建议：一是制定湖南森林康养产业链建设规划；二是开展机制和制度创新；三是加大技术创新；四是加大宣传力度。通过多维度策略联动，旨在破解产业升级瓶颈，为湖南省森林康养产业高质量发展提供参考依据，助力生态价值向经济社会效益的高效转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forest wellness, as an ecological product that leverages high-quality forest resources to promote physical and mental health, provides an effective pathway for ecological healing.With abundant forest ecological resources and diversified cultural landscapes, Hunan Province demonstrates significant advantages in developing forest wellness industry under the guidance of the “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” philosophy.This study systematically analyzed the internal and external conditions for developing forest wellness industry in Hunan Province: Its strengths lie in distinctive geographical positioning, rich ecological endowments, profound cultural heritage, and solid educational and scientific research foundations, while weaknesses concentrate on inadequate infrastructure, severe product homogeneity, and insufficient public awareness.To address these challenges, four developmental suggestions were proposed: establishing a comprehensive institutional framework, carrying out mechanism and system innovation, strengthening technological innovation, and increasing publicity efforts.Through multi-dimensional strategic synergies, this research aims to resolve industrial upgrade bottlenecks, thereby providing referential insights for high-quality development of Hunan’s forest wellness industry and facilitating efficient transformation of ecological values into economic and social benefits.更多还原
