智能制造对企业供应链韧性的影响研究

【摘要】 作为信息技术与先进制造技术深度融合的产物,智能制造对企业供应链韧性具有重要影响。基于2011—2023年制造业A股上市公司数据,探究智能制造对企业供应链韧性的影响、传导机制、异质性特征。研究发现:智能制造显著提升了企业供应链韧性;作用机制层面,智能制造通过驱动新质生产力发展、强化供应链金融赋能、增强协同创新能力,系统性提升企业供应链韧性;在国有企业及财务状况较差企业中,智能制造对企业供应链韧性的影响更为显著。

【Abstract】 As a result of the deep integration of information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, intelligent manufacturing significantly impacts enterprise supply chain resilience. Using data of A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2011 to 2023, this paper explores the impact, transmission mechanism, and heterogeneous characteristics of intelligent manufacturing on supply chain resilience. The study finds that: intelligent manufacturing significantly enhances enterprise supply chain resilience; regarding the mechanism, intelligent manufacturing drives new-quality productivity development, strengthens supply chain financial empowerment, and enhances collaborative innovation capabilities to systematically improve supply chain resilience; in state-owned enterprises and those with poor financial conditions, intelligent manufacturing has a more prominent impact on supply chain resilience.
