三种薹草属叶形态与解剖结构的比较
Comoarative Study on Leaf Morphology and Anatomical Structure of Three Carex Species
【摘要】 为促进我国西南地区园林绿化植物选择与配置,以鲍尔斯黄金薹草、曲铜缨穗薹草及棕叶薹草3种薹草为试验材料,采用石蜡切片法测定其功能叶片的形态指标及叶横切面解剖结构参数,探究3种薹草对环境的适应性差异。结果表明,薹草属植物具有丰富的遗传多样性与表型多样性,不同品种间叶片形态及解剖结构的差异显著,体现出明显的物种分化特征。3种薹草的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度等解剖性状差异极显著;结合各项指标综合评估其抗旱能力,排序为鲍尔斯黄金薹草>棕叶薹草>曲铜缨穗薹草。从叶横切面解剖结构反映的环境适应性来看,3种薹草的生态位存在分化,鲍尔斯黄金薹草环境适应性最强,可耐受水分较少的干旱环境与半湿生环境,且对热带气候具有一定适应性;曲铜缨穗薹草与棕叶薹草更适生于水分充足的环境,可作为园林景观配置植物,种植于乔灌木下层、湿润林地或水体边缘。3种薹草在贵阳地区均生长良好,具备园林开发应用的基础条件。
【Abstract】 In order to promote the selection and configuration of landscaping plants in Southwest China,three sedge varieties,Carex riparia ‘Bowles Golden’,Carex comans ‘Bronze Curls’,and Carex kucyniakii‘Raymond’,were selected as test materials.The morphological indexes and leaf cross-sectional anatomical structure parameters of their functional leaves were determined via the paraffin section method,aiming to explore the differences in environmental adaptability among the three sedge varieties.The results showed that the genus Carex exhibits rich genetic diversity and phenotypic diversity. There was clear species differentiation,with significant differences in leaf morphology and anatomical structure among the three species.For example,there were significant differences in leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness.Various indices were used to determine the drought resistance of the species,and the ranking was as follows:C.riparia‘Bowles Golden’>C.kucyniakii‘Raymond’>C.comans‘Bronze Curls’.Leaf anatomy was also used to determine environmental adaptability.The results showed niche differentiation among the three Carex species.C.riparia ‘Bowles Golden’had the strongest environmental adaptability,showing adaptability to arid environments with limited water and semi-humid environments and also to tropical climates.C.comans‘Bronze Curls’ and C.kucyniakii‘Raymond’showed better adaptability to water-sufficient environments.These results indicate that C.comans‘Bronze Curls’ and C.kucyniakii‘Raymond’could be used as landscape configuration plants,particularly under arbors and shrubs,in humid woodlands,or along the edges of water bodies.In conclusion,all three Carex species exhibit excellent adaptability to the climate and edaphic conditions in Guiyang,thereby fulfilling the fundamental prerequisites for their development and application in landscape architecture.
