烯效唑对低氮水平下红小豆生长和产量的影响
Effects of Uniconazole on Growth and Yield of Adzuki Beans under Low Nitrogen Conditions
【摘要】 为探究烯效唑对低氮水平下红小豆生长和产量的调控效应,研究选用珍珠红(小粒品种)和冀红352(大粒品种)为供试材料,以50 mg·L-1烯效唑溶液为外源试剂,采用盆栽法模拟低氮环境,设置低氮处理(N1:纯N 28.8kg·hm-2)、常规对照施肥(N2:纯N 57.6 kg·hm-2)2个氮素水平,于初花期进行叶面烯效唑喷施处理,通过红小豆形态特征、光合特性、碳氮代谢等关键生理指标测定,明确烯效唑处理对低氮水平下红小豆生长与产量的调控效应。结果表明:低氮水平下喷施50 mg·L-1烯效唑可显著提升红小豆净光合速率,其中珍珠红、冀红352净光合速率分别提高25.06%和11.46%;同时可增强红小豆碳氮代谢能力,珍珠红和冀红352的果糖含量分别提升21.24%和23.33%,进而促进红小豆植株生长及生物量积累,最终实现红小豆产量的提升。
【Abstract】 To investigate the regulatory effects of uniconazole on the growth and yield of adzuki bean under low nitrogen level,two adzuki bean cultivars,Pearl Red(small-grained cultivar)and Ji Hong 352(large-grained cultivar),were selected as test materials.The 50 mg·L-1uniconazole solution was used as the exogenous regulator.A pot culture method was adopted to simulate low nitrogen environment,with two nitrogen levels set:low nitrogen treatment(N1:pure N 28.8 kg·hm-2)and conventional fertilization control(N2:pure N 57.6 kg·hm-2).Foliar spraying of uniconazole was conducted at the initial flowering stage.Key physiological indices including morphological characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,and carbon-nitrogen metabolism of adzuki bean were determined to clarify the regulatory effects of uniconazole on the growth and yield under low nitrogen level.The results showed that foliar application of 50 mg·L-1uniconazole significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate of adzuki bean under low nitrogen level,with the net photosynthetic rate of Zhenzhuhong and Jihong 352 increased by 25.06% and 11.46%,respectively.Meanwhile,uniconazole enhanced the carbon-nitrogen metabolism capacity of adzuki bean;the fructose content of Zhenzhuhong and Jihong 352 increased by 21.24% and 23.33%,respectively.It further promoted plant growth and biomass accumulation,and ultimately improved the yield of adzuki bean.
